Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is MetaKizz (Jesús & Ana — MetaKizz Project). You can contact us about anything related to your data at jesusyanni@metakizzproject.com.

What data do we collect, and why?

Through the form on this page we collect your name, your email and, if you choose to give it, your WhatsApp number. We also record the date you signed up and, if you arrived through a tagged link, the channel you came from (for example, Instagram). We use this data for one purpose only: to manage the MetaKizz Community waiting list and to let you know when it opens and about news related to the launch, by email and — only if you gave us your number — by WhatsApp.

What is the legal basis?

Your consent, which you give us when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights").

Where is your data stored, and who processes it?

Your data is stored in our database managed by Supabase (servers in the European Union) and in Resend, the platform we use to send you emails. Both act as data processors with the appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as the waiting list and the launch communications remain active, or until you ask us to delete you. Every message we send will always include an easy way to unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to us at jesusyanni@metakizzproject.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Cookies

This page does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We only store in your browser, locally and for a maximum of 30 days, the tag of the link you arrived through (so we know which channel works best). It cannot identify you and does not follow you across other websites.

We also measure visits to this page anonymously (page view, opening the form and clicking through to the WhatsApp group), together with the tag of the link you arrived through and the website you came from. We use no cookies or identifiers: our server calculates a code from your connection that changes every day, does not store your IP address, and cannot recognise you from one day to the next or outside this page. This data only tells us how many people visit and where they come from.
